- Each email communication is html-formatted and branded with your name and photo;
- The campaigns are designed for the very specific type, status, and optional hashtag assigned to each contact in your database;
- Each message will be sent with reasonable and effective timing to let your contact know you are still thinking of them without being overbearing;
- Each email will contain the message itself and/or contain a link to an online article branded with your information. Each text will also contain the same link to the branded article.

- 24 email and text campaigns for each stage of a buyer and seller + FSBO, Expired Listings, Holidays, & Client Anniversary campaigns;
- An additional (optional) campaign that sends email reminders to YOU so that you can see what your contacts are receiving;
- Deactivation of existing campaigns and assignment of contacts to the new Smarter Campaigns;
- Branded website containing 130+ articles and custom navigation along with social media share buttons.
This one-time purchase allows you to freely use the Smarter Campaigns and share any branded articles for as long as you need or available.
After your purchase, you will receive complete, easy-to-follow instructions for creating your custom banner, changing your contact’s status in BoldTrail / kvCORE®, and allowing temporary access to your account. After your Smarter Campaigns have been installed, you will receive additional information including a quick guide on how to use and share your branded articles along with a spreadsheet containing links to all articles and categories.
When you purchase Smarter Campaigns, you will get immediate access to your own topCOREagent.com account so you can instantly create your customer banner and links. It’s super easy, and you will be able to access and share your branded articles right away. BUT, if you don’t want to create your banner, we can do that for you, too!
The campaigns that send emails and texts to your contacts, however, will take up to a day to implement after you have reviewed your contact’s statuses and granted temporary access to your BoldTrail / kvCORE® account. topCOREagent.com will send all of your contacts an initial email on your behalf letting them know that some exciting information is coming their way. Then, we disable your existing campaigns and you are live with Smarter Campaigns!
Yes!
We guarantee that the Smarter Campaigns will be put into your BoldTrail / kvCORE® account (once temporary access is granted), all campaign communications (both email and text messages) will be functional, and links to your branded articles will be in working order.
We also guarantee that within 120 days, at least 20% of the emails sent to your valid* contacts will result in views to the branded articles referenced in your Smarter Campaign emails.
For example, if 100 emails are sent to your contacts, 20 of them will view your branded articles, or you will be refunded 20% every month until they do.
By the way, the industry average open rate is 1.59%, but we guarantee 2% because, well… topCOREagent.com is above average. If our campaign and content don’t hit this 20% goal, we’ll work with you to fix it.
*valid contact = an individual with a functional email address (no bounce-backs), and is not unsubscribed from your BoldTrail/kvCORE® campaigns.
Some of the more sophisticated agents may figure out that BoldTrail / kvCORE® offers the ability to copy campaigns from one account to the other using specially generated keys. You can do this, but it is not advised because topCOREagent.com contains special coding to only show those agents who have paid for the product. Agents who attempt to use this material without payment will find themselves a little embarrassed when the web page displays an “Unauthorized User” message.
A “Landing Page” is a web page that captures contact information from a potential lead in exchange for something of value like a specific property search, a link to another web page, or a special document. The contact information is stored in your BoldTrail / kvCORE® CRM Contacts database and may trigger a drip campaign as a new seller or buyer lead.
topCOREagent.com has created dozens of compelling landing pages that are designed to entice the contact into leaving their information. They are specifically designed to capture leads from people who are attracted to information pertaining to real estate, so any leads generated are more likely to purchasing or selling than the general population.
A landing page created by topCOREagent.com will contain a captivating title and/or sub-title, up to 4 intriguing bullets with short descriptions, a background image or video, a hashtag for tracking purposes, and a link to a property search, web page, or document. Each landing page will be stored in your BoldTrail / kvCORE® account, it’s yours to keep, and the leads will be entered directly into your account. We’ve done all the research for you in creating just the right words to say to get visitors to provide their contact information. PLUS, we’ll provide to you 40 sample posts for EACH landing page to share on Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Pinterest!
Once you purchase your landing pages, you will log into your topCOREagent.com account to choose from 30+ (and growing!) different options that we will add to your BoldTrail / kvCORE® account. If any of the landing pages is intended to provide a specialized property search, we will build the search URL from your website and send to you for approval. Once landing pages are complete, you will be able to access them in your account then share on social media, email, or other communications. Simple!
You can view all currently available landing pages on the product details page so that you can decide how many you wish to purchase. Once a purchase is made, you will be able to view them again in your topCOREagent.com account when making your selections and providing more criteria.
The short answer is yes, but… we would need to speak further with you regarding quantity and requested changes to create a special invoice. Otherwise, you can select the ones available immediately through a traditional purchase.
Yes! However, that guarantee will depend, in part, on you. Because it will be your responsibility to promote your landing pages and encourage visits, we cannot guarantee the NUMBER of leads you will receive overall. What we can guarantee, however, is the PERCENTAGE of leads you will receive relative to the number of views. To that end, here is our guarantee:
For every 100 views of each landing page, we guarantee 2 leads.
If any landing page fails to reach that criteria, we will refund you 90% of the cost for that landing page and make adjustments where necessary or possible.
Some caveats:
1. We are not responsible for 100% availability of the landing page because it will be hosted on a server outside of our control within your BoldTrail / kvCORE® account.
2. If you are advised against using a particular type of landing page due to geographic or other factors, we will note this in your account, and it will not be guaranteed. For example: An agent from Denver, Colorado insists on having a landing page resulting in a list of beach properties. For obvious reasons, this will not get a lot of attention or leads, and we will advise the agent prior to creating a landing page that seems unreasonable. Our goal is to help make each agent successful!
3. You will need to grant temporary access to your BoldTrail / kvCORE® account in order to verify lead counts and ensure your landing page is still operational at the time of a refund request.
4. Lastly, although it may be rare or never even become an issue, we cannot control how your MLS property search areas or criteria may change. If we create landing page(s) providing search results, we will guarantee those search results will continue to function so long as your MLS does not alter its area names or search criteria.

We guarantee that the Smarter Campaigns will be put into your BoldTrail / kvCORE® account, once access is granted, all campaign communications (both email and text messages) will be functional, and links to your branded articles will be in working order.

Website upgrade
topCOREagent.com will enhance your generic website provided kvCORE® with additional pages, widgets, a fresh look, content, and other features to help you stand out from the crowd. Because of these upgrades, you will have a greater chance to capture new leads and gain new contacts to communicate with in your kvCORE® Smart Campaigns. For more details about what enhancements you will receive, visit the product page here.
To get started, you will need to purchase the website upgrade. Then, you will receive an email with instructions to fill out an online form within topCOREagent.com letting us know your choices for the various options. With that information, the team at topCOREagent.com will review your choices during a scheduled call to be sure you get what you are asking for and provide you the opportunity to ask any questions! Then, we begin to upgrade your existing website and, when completed, we will reach out to let you know. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will get on the phone with you to make any necessary changes.
The clock starts ticking after our initial consultation, which will be scheduled by you when you complete and submit the online website upgrade form. Our changes may take up to 10 days to complete, but it could be completed as early as 5 days! During that time, you may notice changes to your existing website real time as we are making the upgrades. If you feel the need to schedule an additional call to make any adjustments, those changes will be completed during the call.
In order to upgrade your website, you will need to complete an online form letting us know what your choices are for specific features and areas of your new website. Once completed, you will be provided a link to schedule an initial consultation call with topCOREagent.com staff to confirm your choices. You may also be requested to upload a better personal photo upon request. After receiving notification of completion, we ask that you thoroughly review the completed website and sign off on an acceptance or schedule a final consultation call to make any adjustments.
At this time, topCOREagent.com is providing only what is described in detail on the Website Upgrade product page. Additional web pages, customized CSS or other programming, and alternate widgets will not be included in the base Website Upgrade product at this time. In the future, we may pursue this path should there be sufficient demand.
We will guarantee that all website pages, content, and features will be created as described in the product page and based on the answers you will provide in the online form and/or during the initial consultation conference call. If you are not satisfied or a mistake was make, it will be corrected promptly. However, with a Website Upgrade, you will have the opportunity to fully review, and, if necessary, schedule an additional conference call to discuss any corrections.
The possibility of a partial refund will be based on where we are in the process:
* Up to and including the initial conference call (after you fill out the online form): 75% refund is possible.
* Between the initial conference call and completion: up to a 30% refund is possible.
* After completion and acceptance: Sorry, no refunds will be available.
