Launch Notice to Contacts
Just before your CORE Campaigns are activated in your Go High Level account, it is advisable to send a bulk email to all of your existing contacts to let them know what message they should expect from you in the future. That email will be sent from your own account to accomplish the following:
- Let your contacts know you have a new system that will stay in touch with them by sending information that’s more appropriate and relevant to their real estate journey.
- Tell your contacts that they will still receive emails and/or texts from you, but the format will look different, and more information can be found by clicking a link. Don’t be concerned about clicking on the link – it’s not spam.
The email that you should send could read as follows:
Subject Line: Sending You Homeowner Secrets & Real Estate Insights (from {agent_first_name} {agent_last_name}
Body: Hi {first_name},
I am very excited to share a brand-new series of inspiring and informative articles about homeownership and real estate with you that I thought you would like to read! You will want to open each of these because they have links to articles with topics like:

| Decorating Ideas & Instruction | Purchase or Sale process |
| Home Organization & Maintenance | Real Estate market |
Each of these articles will be available to view through a link in the emails. Don’t be concerned about clicking on the link – it will load a page with my name and picture on it, so you know it’s from me, and it’s safe.
These and so many more types of articles will be made available to you starting in the next few days. In most cases, you can expect to receive something about every 30 days – unless you are actively involved in the purchase or sale of a home. In that case, you will receive very important information more frequently, and these articles will make you wiser about the processes you will be going through to close successfully.
In addition to a periodic email, you may receive a text message about these articles if I also have your cell phone number on file and you are opted in for text messaging. To opt in, you can simply text the message “SendTexts” to me at {My Smart Number}.
